There are a lot of ways to prepare the agave before distillation, but we believe there is only one. way to do it right. Baking our agave in clay ovens gives it a unique flavor when distilled.
Blue Weber Agave
Tres Paraguas uses mature blue Weber agave plants that age up to 6 years before they are harvested in Jalisco, Mexico. Our agave comes from the highlands to get the richest and most potent flavor.
Jamaican Pot Distilled Rum
Islander rum has the traditional flavors of Jamaican rum. Fermented in dunder pits in order to capture the funky esters that creates the big, flavorful taste that Islander drinkers expect. Available in Silver, Gold, and Dark. Our gold and dark rums are aged in cooked oak to bring out the sugars of the wood and adding vanilla notes. The dark rum has extra molasses added to the blend to give it the proper dark rum character.
