We chose corn because of its distinct taste, abundance in the USA, and because it's naturally gluten free.
COLUMN STILL
The corn grain is run continuously through a looped column distillation process. It's distilled many times to remove any impurities and until it has the exceptionally smooth flavor of Hideout.
