HIDEOUT FROM THE LIMELIGHT

A vodka that can't be beat.

Hideout vodka is an award winning, premium vodka for everyone. Five times distilled in a column still. It is entirely corn grain as well as naturally gluten free. Through our aeration and carbon filtration processes we make this vodka exceptionally smooth. Although it competes with the top brands on flavor, it does not on price. It was very important to the Hideout team to make sure to create processes and efficiency that would allow us to keep the price low. We feel that everyone in the world should be able to enjoy high caliber spirits.

The name Hideout was composed from the idea that everyone needs to hideout and get away every now and then. Get out to your hideout whether that's in nature or your favorite bar with friends. The Hideout team was drinking our vodka at our favorite hideout when the name came to us. Just like that spot is special to us, this vodka, which is crated with love and care is special. In the 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards, Hideout Vodka took a gold metal. With a score of 92/100.

Tres Paraguas is a hand crafted 100% agave spirit from the Highlands in Jalisco, Mexico. Tres Paraguas means three umbrellas. The name comes from our favorite beach spot in Bacalar, Mexico. This secret spot has three large straw umbrellas right on the sand. This amazing place is our favorite spot to drink good agave spirits, so it inspired the idea of us producing our own.

Screen-Shot-2021-07-28-at-12.17.00-PM.png

The Tres Paraguas family consists of Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo. The agave is all aged a minimum of 6 years before being harvested. Once the agave plants are harvested, they are baked in clay ovens. We believe baking the agave the traditional way produces a far superior flavor than the more industrial approach of metal ovens. Once cooked we mash and begin the fermentation process. The fermentation happens in raw oak barrels. That fermentation process gives the agave a really strong floral nose that is famous for highland agave. We distill the agave multiple times to make sure there is a sippable taste that doesn't leave you with a harsh bite. It eventually comes out of the still at 110 proof and then we use California reverse osmosis water to cut it to 80 Proof.

AGAVE DE LA HIGHLANDS

The process that we use to farm, select, and harvest our agave is key.

The process of finding the right partners in Mexico was the really challenging part. We spent months meeting with different distilleries in Jalisco. Hundreds of different agave samples were tried. Some were just too good to be true. But through being persistent we finally met the Ramirez brothers. They were true to their craft and didn't cut any corners. Their dedication to growing and harvesting the best Highland agave was especially exciting. We tried a number of their agave spirits and eventually all came to the conclusion that these two were the right fit for us. It's distilled in Mexico, however bottled and packaged at our facility in Scotts Valley, CA. Now, you can enjoy Tres Paraguas and really appreciate their craft.

AN AMERICAN WHISKEY & BOURBON

Westside Water Whiskey comes in two versions. The blue label, which is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a mash bill of 51% corn, 36% rye, and 13% malted barley. The bourbon is aged at a minimum of 2 years in new American Oak barrels. We set the proof at 90 in order to have a more premium flavor and traditional whiskey bite. The taste is big and bold and perfect for bourbon lovers. Look for the blue label and give our bourbon a try.

The second variation is the Westside Water Whiskey black label. This is our more affordable whiskey, but don't be fooled. From the taste you wouldn't know it. It has a more sweet and smooth taste to it, perfect for all kinds of whiskey drinkers. Distilled to 110 proof and then cut to 80 proof before bottling. Finished through our bourbon barrels and oak cubs. This whiskey is a great mixer or sipper.

AN AMERICAN STORY

FOR AN AMERICAN VODKA

Tippin' Vodka came from our family tradition of back yard porch gatherings. For family and friends, only the absolute best is acceptable. We call it Tippin' because we believe this is the good stuff and it's meant to be tipped over and poured heavily. No corners were cut, five times carbon filtered and five times aerated to give the vodka the absolute smoothest taste. We built 6 flavors based on all our favorite cocktails. Mix them with soda water, juice, or just sip them on the rocks and you'll see why our family loves this stuff so much.

It's made completely in the USA and it will always be. We chose corn, not just because we like the taste best, but because there is an abundance in America. We are strong and patriotic people who believe in making the things we consume here. Keep drinking Tippin' Vodka if you do too. Don't forget to tip it over for the best ones in your life.

MALLOY'S WHISKEY

When we created Malloy's Whiskey, we tried dozens of combinations and ultimately fell in love with this tasty and sippable recipe. The mash bill is of Corn, Rye, and Malted barley. Finished in Scotts Valley, California with oak cubes to give it that delightful and rounded taste.

40% ALC/VOL (80 PROOF)

The story of Michael Malloy is a true bar legend. In the early 1930's there was an old, down on his luck Irishman who would wander through his neighborhood bars out drinking anyone who reckoned they could outlast him. Alas, he earned the nick-name Iron Mike & Mike the durable for a reason.

One day while watching Iron Mike out drink a far younger man at their bar, 5 gangsters got a bright idea. Seeing how Mike was almost 60 years old, at the time homeless, and drank like a whale. Maybe they could make a quick buck by taking out a life insurance policy on Mike while offering him all the booze he could drink for the rest of his life.

It turned out it wouldn't be so easy. As much as they pushed and hard as they tired, they couldn't get old Mike the durable to overdue it. They were never able to collect on their life insurance policy. They instead got frustrated (as gangsters do) and had to put him out in a different way. Which they were caught and arrested for. All 5 men served the rest of their lives in jail. But Mike's legend lives on.  Take Mike's death as a lesson. Drink responsibly.
